Announcements
Announcements give GMs a way to post messages to their campaign that every member will see. Use them for session recaps, lore drops, schedule changes, or anything else the whole party needs to know about.
How it works
GMs write and post announcements from the campaign page in the web app. When a new announcement is posted, every campaign member receives a notification in the web app and, if the campaign is linked to a Discord server, via the bot in the campaign's announcement channel.
The campaign page shows a scrollable feed of all past announcements, newest first. Players do not need to worry about missing something; the full history is always there.
Read state
Announcements are automatically marked as read when a member opens the campaign page. There is no manual "mark as read" step.
Editing and deleting
GMs can edit or delete any announcement after it has been posted. Edits take effect immediately and are reflected in the feed. Deleting an announcement removes it from the feed for all members.
