Data Retention

GameMinder holds your data for a limited time. This is to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible experience while also respecting your privacy and data security. While your campaign is active, we will retain your data for the duration of the campaign. After you delete your campaign, the data will be retained for 6 months, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Removing GameMinder from your server

Important: If GameMinder is removed from your Discord server, all data associated with that server will be deleted immediately. This includes all campaigns, sessions, surveys, invites, and participant data. We do not retain any data from servers that are no longer using GameMinder.

Campaign and Session Data

GameMinder retains the following data for the duration of your campaign and will be deleted 6 months after the campaign is deleted:

  • Campaign data (name, gamemaster username, channel IDs, campaign participants, participant goals, and VTT settings)
  • Session data (session names, dates and times, attendees, and survery responses)
  • Survey data (questions, answers, and responses)

Campaign Analytic Data

GameMinder generates analytic data for your campaign. This data is retained for 90 days. This includes the following data:

  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign name
  • Campaign start date
  • Campaign end date
  • Number of sessions
  • Number of participants
  • Number of surveys
  • Number of survey responses

Invite Data

Campaign invites are retained for 6 months after the invitation expires. This includes the following data:

  • Invite code
  • Invited user IDs
